Heather Lynn Williams

Heather Lynn Williams On Saturday evening, November 8, 2003 at the M. Clifford Miller School, Heather Lynn Williams, a 2003 Kingston High School graduate, now a Freshman at Sage College of Albany, was named Miss Ulster County 2004.

Her special platform issue concerns the "Effects of Peer Pressure on our Youth", and her talent was a powerful rendition of "All That Jazz" from the broadway hit Chicago.

Heather is the daughter of Mike and Lynn Williams of Kingston.

She is currently studying photography and is a Peer Educator at Sage College of Albany.
